How can I track the status of my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will be informed through a text message, email, and a WhatsApp message from us along with the details of our reliable delivery partner and your unique tracking ID.

What happens if I am not available to collect the order?

If you are unavailable to collect the order, instead of a friend or family member, please let your neighbor collect it on your behalf. If the neighbor cannot do this, you can inform the Delivery Executive to deliver the order to you on the next day. Please be aware that the service is not guaranteed, but it will be based only on the relationship that you make with the Delivery Executive.

Item are missing or wrong item received, what should i do?

Please, in case of wrong items received or missing ones, use any of our support channels (Call/Email/Chat) to communicate with us within 48 hours after your order has been marked as delivered.
We are more than happy to help you and perform a complete authenticity investigation that will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further which may take up to 48 hours. A piece of oral proof or an easily visible destroyed packet can result in the rejection of your application. Furthermore, in such cases, the brand is final for making the ultimate decision.
We thank you for your understanding during this phase, and we will try to take care of the matter as quickly as possible. The client is our main objective.

When will I get my refund for returned order?

After the product has been received in the warehouse, the reverse pick-up procedure is completed, and it will take up to 48 hours to start processing the refund. A mail and a short message will be sent to you as soon as possible. It should be noted refunds usually take 7 to 10 working days for the refunded amount to be credited to your source account.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You have the option to cancel your order on our website . However, please don't forget that the cancellation process is possible only if your order is not yet processed. We will not be able to cancel your order once it has already processed.

What is the COD limit?

For any of your orders below Rs. 5000, the Cash on Delivery payment option is available to you. In case the order amount is more than the above-mentioned amount, kindly use a digital payment method.
