Shipping Policy
- Shipping Time: Normally the orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (2 Days). Please, keep in mind that customized items will take longer to process. In the case when your order has both personalized and non-personalized items, then your order will be split, and the non-personalized items will be delivered first.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 499. Please note, we do not provide free shipping on international orders and returns.
- Tracking: You will get tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS, once the parcel is dispatched. Your personalised or Gold product might be included in other items ordered with the product, and the non-personalised product may not arrive in the same order.
